🔥 HOT 97 Summer Jam 2025 Preview: The Culture’s Biggest Night Returns to Jersey 🔥
Get ready to witness the most iconic night in hip hop — HOT 97 Summer Jam is back and bigger than ever! On Friday, June 20th, 2025, the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey will become the epicenter of the culture as the 31st annual Summer Jam takes over the stage with a lineup stacked with some of the biggest names in the game.
🎤 This Year’s Lineup is Straight Fire
Headlining the show is A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, repping the Bronx with his melodic flows and undeniable stage presence. He’ll be joined by Gunna, riding high off a massive year of hits, and GloRilla, bringing that raw Memphis energy to Jersey.
But that’s just the beginning. R&B lovers will get their fix with a soulful performance from Muni Long, while Kash Doll and Jim Jones & Friends will hold it down for the streets.
In one of the most anticipated moments of the night, Ja Rule & Friends will take the stage for a special tribute to Irv Gotti, celebrating the legacy of Murder Inc. Records with throwback bangers and surprise appearances that will take you straight back to the early 2000s.
And representing the global sound of hip hop, Nigerian superstars Asake and Ayra Starr will deliver high-energy sets filled with Afrobeats flavor — proving once again that hip hop is a worldwide movement. Up-and-coming NYC group 41 (Kyle Richh, Jenn Carter, and Tata) will also bless the stage, giving fans a glimpse at the next generation of stars.
